Our apartments are surrounded by the most fantastic skiing areas of the Stubaital, embedded in a unique mountain panorama.
Due to the good location in the middle of the Stubaital you can reach all ski areas quickly and comfortably with your own car or the free ski bus. To the Schlick 2000 it is only 5 minutes and to the Stubai Glacier about 30 minutes.
Have fun in the snow
Also for non-skiers there are enough possibilities to keep the time entertaining:
Tobogganing, snowshoeing, ice skating, cross-country skiing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, etc. - all in the immediate vicinity. Also the capital Innsbruck with some sights like the old town with the golden roof or the Bergisel ski jump is easily reachable in 20 minutes by car.

Schlick 2000

Modern cable car facilities take you up into the fascinating mountain world of the Kalkkögel. From Kreuzjoch you dive down into the wind-protected, snow-sure high valley above Fulpmes and Telfes.
Enjoy the turns on 18 km of natural snow slopes. The offer ranges from easy runs for beginners to black slopes and touring runs for experts and freaks.
Stubaier Glacier
Throughout the year, the Stubai Glacier offers many modern facilities and these bring the snow-hungry to the largest glacier ski area in Austria between 1,750 and 3,200 meters.
The Stubai Glacier offers over 100 kilometers of slopes for every skill level - from easy, wide slopes for beginners to challenging moguls and difficult ski routes. In addition, two permanent race tracks, a long high-altitude cross-country ski trail and an ice climbing tower are offered.
Elfer Lifts
For skiing beginners and families, the practice lifts in Neustift and Krößbach provide pure vacation fun. Excellent slope conditions and a beautiful winter landscape invite you to skiing, snowboarding, winter hiking and tobogganing at the Elfer. Double chairlift Elfer (1.000 - 1.812m) - T-bar lifts (Elferhütte, Hölltal) - from the Elfer super forest downhill to the parking lots at the edge of the village of Neustift.
Night tobogganing on the 8 km long and illuminated toboggan run is a special experience. For paragliders and hang gliders, the Elfer is a flying mountain with excellent take-off sites and landing possibilities.
Serlesbahnen Mieders
